Our instructors have the following qualifications...
All Campbell College staff possess:

- well-developed conflict management skills
- strong interest in promoting continuous learning
All instructors must continuously demonstrate the ability to:
- organize ideas and explain concepts clearly
- develop creative teaching techniques
- assist adults to overcome barriers to learning
Instructors for all classes in this program
have met and verified the following requirements:
- A minimum of 3 (three) years' direct
work experience, verified in writing by previous employers,
attesting to the instructor's technical competence to instruct in the assigned content area. - A minimum of 1 (one) year of post-secondary
training related to the content areas for which the
instructor is employed, verified by an official transcript.
or - A minimum of 5 (five) years' verified direct work experience in the assigned content area.
Licensed
as a Private Vocational School under the Private Vocational Schools Act
